Drew Estell is an Army Special forces veteran who specialized with multiple deployments to the middle east performing unconventional warfare and direct action missions. His career includes duties on a Military Freefall Detachment and as an assaulter in the Crisis Response Force (CRF/CIF). Before leaving active duty, Drew helped to stand up and manage his unit’s concealed carry/active shooter program. Alongside other Special Operations Veterans, he co-founded the Mission 22 Shooting Team to help raise awareness of the veteran suicide epidemic in the shooting sports, and currently is the owner of BAER Solutions.

After working and training with high level shooters, Drew was encouraged to found BAER Solutions with input from SOF Sports Psychologist to combine the mental aspect of shooting and training alongside the mechanics and fundamentals. There is a gap in the training arena that does not address the mental skills necessary to succeed as a gunfighter. Working closely with a Mental Performance Coach that specializes in SOF skill sets will bring a new aspect to the tactical training world and provide a skill set unavailable elsewhere.

BAER Solutions has quickly grown to teaching multiple classes across the country, Law Enforcement restricted classes, and is beginning consulting for police departments to deliver tailored solutions such as shooting packages, SOF lessons learned, tactics, and their application of the concept of community policing called “Unconventional Policing.”

Drew also Co-Founded Greyhive as the COO, alongside a former Law Enforcement Officer and current businessman Jeremy Harrell who is their CEO. Greyhive is a multi-faceted platform to provide the most credible tactical training information available and fills the gap in meaningful interaction between instructor and student. The goal to creating all this is to provide a resource for those that want the best information into one community they can be invested in. It encompasses what they believe is missing in the industry to three core ideals. Relevant. Training. Community.
